"Day before yesterday I saw a rabbit, and yesterday a deer, and today, you."
This is one quote Clannad fans who had been following the anime series closely would have noticed - Kotomi had been repeating it to Tomoya everytime she sees him.
Well, the source of the quote is a really, really short-science fiction, "The Dandelion Girl". You guys can read them here, you should be able to finish it within an hour the most:

Two years ago when Mr. Lee gave me an interview to join the prefects, I told him that I liked to read science fictions. I wonder what had made me gave him that answer at that time. I had never really fancied reading books.

I happen to stumble upon a website about the older 2002 Kanon anime when I was randomly surfing insani.org about the errors I have been getting when I was trying to play "Final Examination Kujira" which I had downloaded a week ago, but at that time I couldn't install it due to harddrive space problem.
http://animepa.csusm.edu/uguu/anime/1 0/index.htm
Now look at screenshots (do not read the texts unless you want to be spoiled!) in the website. Yuuichi had a very big chin in Kanon (2002), compared to the remake. Look at how ugly he was. O_O

The theme for next year baazar, according to Jimmy, would be "Vic7ory". Sounds a lot like "l33t" to me.
Honestly, I don't seem to remember any of the senior prefect's name other than their surnames. But this is not Japan, or else I could have just called them by their surnames followed by a "senpai". Haiz.

Had went over to AN to make several posts. Corrupt is currently on the hot seat. Go ask him questions if you want. His turn shall end on Tuesday.
As I was about to watch Kanon ep. 8, I noticed that I haven't finish the download of the episode yet. Meanwhile ep. 9 is out liao. Aiyah. Why so fast one?
Talking about animes episodes, I have noticed that I have been writing a walkthrough of the anime episodes instead of a summary or a review. Honestly, I think that I should give myself a word-limit or sort to prevent me from writing too much non-important stuffs.
There's only around 200MB in my E:\ drive again after I had started to download Tsubasa Chronicle eps. 32-40. And worse of all, I had to stop the download halfway to ensure there's a little space for disc burning. I'll be trying to use Nero this time as someone had advised me to do so. This harddrive space problem is really kiling me!!!
I wanted to cast a vote, but it seems that the code will not be available until another 50 minutes, but since I have school tomorrow, I'll skip. Meanwhile, I did some research on the qualifiers, and I find some really amusing.

I have a few good news, plus bad news.
GOOD NEWS #1: We (Jimmy, Hugh, Shaun and yours truly) won the Institute Sinaran Young Sciencist Club's Science Quiz yesterday. We were expecting at least 5 opponent teams, but it appears that we're only facing one, and their members consists of students from J3Yi, and the team called themselves "H5N1" (In my opinion, that's an even worse name, compared to our team's name "Idiot Savants"). We beat them with our 600 points, meanwhile they only got 300 points. It was actually 500 vs 350, and the quiz was 'answer the question correctly and get a 100 points, and if the answer you've given is wrong, you lose 50 points; which means that we're in the advantage, but if it were to happen so coincidently that we got our answer wrong, meanwhile they got theirs right, we would end up in a tie, but luckily, GOD still loves us, and that is why Hugh, our Ayam Tambatan (most of our hopes were on him), was destined to answer the last question correctly. But anyways, there are a few questions which I don't really understand, and actually, I only managed to answer one question. I even gave an answer which I am not confirmed with (which type of engine does not use spark plugs? Both Shaun and Hugh said that it was Diesel cars, but I said Solar cars. Lol, it was obviously Diesel Cars, which I promptly argued continuously on after the answer was revealed), and ending up losing 50 points in that question. Anyways, the awards that we've won would be given to us during the next school assembly.
BAD NEWS #1: Someone deliberately took away my Energizer rechargable batteries, which I were charging during class for the camera. In the end, I had to spend another RM5.80 to buy another two new batteries from the canteen.
GOOD NEWS #2: I managed to take a few photos. Most of the photos with me in it during the quiz were taken by my form teacher's son.
( What could be the answer...? )
Everyone trying to squeeze some brain juice of their own, just to answer the question.
( Somehow we got that question correct.. haha )

Somehow, that happened to be the answer. Everyone was laughing when the answer we gave is actually correct.. =D
( Our answer is 'C'.. )
Shaun holding up manila card written "C", stating that our answer for the question.
( Yay, we won =D )
The Idiot Savants posing with our form teacher, Mdm. Liew. I am the one holding the "We Won" paper. Ah. =\
BAD NEWS #2: They found one of my batteries outside the classroom window. Only ONE. What's good with only one battery when you can't re-charge it alone without the second battery?
GOOD NEWS #3: They also found the remote control of the air conditioner, which was lost, outside the window. Shaun must be really happy, as he need not pay the RM150 for losing the remote control. Come to think of it, this must be a prank. Oswin, did you did this? Now, time for a cooler classroom (it's really heaty, if you turn on the National branded Air-Cond. manually), and it's about time that Mdm. Liew reduce our class fee for August, as we have found the remote control. Yo. No more RM 5 for August, and for the remaining in the class funds, why not organize another party, or a surprise birthday party for Mdm. Liew? =D
That's about it for the bad and good news.
Thanks to Baka-Tsuki, I've printed the whole translation of the "The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya" novel. It took me around 4 hours printing the 7 chapters + authors' note on 136 papers, single sided. Yeah, I have also finished reading it in school today. Comparism isn't that obvious between the novel and anime, although I do see some differences. To whoever who translated the whole thing, and if you are reading this, I want you to know that I really thank you. Thanks for the great translation! Now, back to the novel. Oh well, although it's not like a "Spot who's Hikaru and who's Kaoru game", since the differences are totally obvious, but in the anime, it was Haruhi doing all the clicking of the camera, taking the photos of the Computer Club's harrassments to little Mikuru, but then, in the novels, it was Kyon who were actually doing the photo taking! Yo! But still, in overall, the animes are very similar to the novel, as the anime was adopted directly from the novel.
Oh I am so going to enter something to this: http://animedesho.animeblogger.net/?p=3 35. But Tsubaki didn't stated a dead-line! Yoh~!
Before I forget this... Ong Chia Sheng actually gave me one episode of the anime with my least favourite genre: Girls with Guns. Note that it was he who supplys me with Ouran Host Club episodes (he just gave me epi. 16 too, but I haven't the time to watch it yet), and the group which he got it is from the famous Lunar fansubs, who also did Air and Suzuka. Yeah, if you have
animesuki added to your friends, you should have noticed it. It is "Cayote Ragtime Show" (what a stupid name). Funnily, the group which subs Tonagura, gg fansubs, also happen to sub the series. Ah man. My first impression on the anime, was that it shouldn't be that bad, but instead, it started with a woman eating on an aeroplane, and still eating when she reaches the airport. She must be fat. lol. But she wasn't.

Yay for Mr. Poong. I took a photo of him in the tuition centre, after the YSC quiz. =D
( Mr. Poong looks cool.. )
And finally, this should, erm... make some people laugh their asses out. Dr. Mahathir the breadman.

I went to bed at around 5pm just now, and woke up at around 11:30pm just now. It's around 1:43a.m now. Ah, I'm still sleepy, but I can't go to sleep anymore. I've slept too long >_<;
And so... ah, I had dinner. It was dinner for me, although it was this late. Had rice with fired egg, fish soup and some leftover veggie. It was better than nothing ^_^
Then, I went online. Shaun IMed me on MSN, and we had a chat. Somehow, I then showed Shaun a Youtube of a song in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu during it's cultural festival's concert, "God Knows", by Haruhi (not to be confused with Ouran Host Club's Haruhi). Somehow, I also see this on the Youtube playlist: Suzumiya-san knows" AMV. The AMV is using the full version of "God Knows", and overall, it was quite good, although it contained some subtitles, and the lip sync sucked. Then again, I also see this "Aya Hirano, Haruhi TVCM, Making Of 平野綾 涼宮ハルヒ メイキングクリップ" Part 1 and Part 2. It was included in the release of the Haruhi Episode 00 DVD version. I wanted to find the download-able version, and so I went searching Yahoo. In the end, I couldn't find it, as most of the search result only links me back to the Youtube. But in the meantime, I also found other Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu's stuffs. I found another AMV, and a blog, both featuring Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. The AMV which I found was using... Tori no Uta, the OP for Air. The Recap EP AMV was cool, since it was using raws, and the scenes which were used suits the song, like for example, "Kodomodachi wa, natsu no senro, aruku", and the scene used was where a train just went by Kyon and Haruhi, where Haruhi was unhappy, and Kyon didn't know what to say to cheer her up. Meanwhile, the blog... I found out that the blog was actually
tsubaki_anime.
tsubaki_ moved her blog to http://animeblogger.net/ and named it "Anime Desho Desho?", after Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu's ED "Bougen Desho Desho?". The blog has even a LJ syndication feed,
anime_deshox2, and I have added it. Note that I have already noticed
tsubaki_anime a some time ago..
And yeah, if you ask me, who is my favourite seiyuu, I'll tell you it's Hirano Aya. She plays as Haruhi from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Mai from Itsudatte My Santa, and quite a few other animes.
And yeah, guess what I found while looking at
fatcatlim? This: http://fatcatlim.livejournal.com/16 0471.html
His first time blogging about animes. But somehow, I don't believe it. But anyways, spoilers of the last episode, so you have been warned.
Somehow, I just have a feeling, that there is going to be an episode 15 for Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu. Hm.

Um yeah, we had our first Library Club meeting since 2 months today. We had to nominate and elect office bearers (in another words, committee) for next year, 2007. And guess what? I was elected Asst. Secretary. Yep, all the senpais voted me over the other 3 nominees. Actually I was in a tie, and then there was a tie breaker, and funnily... I won. =D And so, the current secretary wants me to do a report on today's club meeting. Um yeah, I'll do it somehow, but she wants me to type it into the computer. Sure, no problem either.
Next, what I want to talk about is that Ong Chia Sheng had gave me two episodes of 'Ouran High School Host Club', and I think that they were quite nice. It reminds me of gays, but i also found out that... ( spoilers ) Which means it isn't all about gays or Yaoi. lol. :P
Talking about 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya', I've just watched episode 12 last night. It was great. Haruhi looked pretty cool singing in the concert.
