Nataniel Tan has been released a few days ago. Banzai. But he has to report to the police station again on 31 July.
***
Well, quite a patriotic fellow as the song he's rapping is our national anthem. However, I'm not sure whether he's aware of it or not, but 'kuku' literally has the meaning of 'penis'.

Believe it or not, I had just came back from the high court. And I do mean the high court of justice, not the food court as some of you might think.
So what was the case? It was about a bicycle cyclist using the zebra crossing to cross the road, but the cyclist was hit by a car which was speeding, accordingly.
Well, it was a mock trial competition organized by the Law Faculty of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) where our school's representative had managed to successfully enter into the finals. They've ask the teachers to invite a few "potential" students of the school to be the audience of the court hearing, first of all, to give an exposure to students on what a real life court trial would be like, and secondly, to develop law interests among students where they hope that some of us (contestants and audience) would become future lawyers. To my surprise, it is also a few teacher's first time as well, I mean going into the high court. Most of the time if you were summoned to court, that means something bad must have happened, but for this time, it's actually for something good and so teachers were rather happy.
It's SM Tshung Tsin vs. SM All Saints. My school (Tshung Tsin) is in the prosecuting team and All Saints is in the defending team. The "client" who had hired our team, the cyclist who had suffered broken legs wanted us to sue the driver of the white Mazda while the opposing team's job is to avoid their "client" from being prosecuted.
Twisting the story around (the matter of the speeding was never and would never be made clear, plus the exact location where the accident was a blur to us the audience), the defendant managed to convince the judge that it is not a serious offense by driving on the wrong side of the road even though their client did broke the law, claiming that almost everyone does the same. Even one of their witnesses claimed to have done the very same thing! And heck, the judge's perfectly okay with it! They even say that the driver drove carefully and slowly. Why would one drive slowly if he knows that he's on a lane with the wrong traffic flow? Worse, the driver admits that he had never even considered or think about the consequences.
On the other hand, our school's representatives (barristers and witnesses) were not consistent in their statements and had lost serious points to the opposing team, especially Alvin Ubu. A police officer's statement is utmostly important and he is unable to answer questions set by the opposing team's barrister, making the judge suspicious about his statement. On the other hand, the opposing team's final witness was able to confidently tell what was going on at that time and she was able to convince the judge with his statement supported by other witnesses' statements. And do my utter disappointment, our barristers weren't able to twist whatever the witness had said and had given up really soon, in other words, making the judge believing whatever the witness had said.
Both side's closing speech were really good (excellent job,
cavalerie!) and I thought that our school's speech were able to convince the judge. However, it seems that I was wrong. In the end, the opposing school's team won the case, and eventually, the whole competition.
Well, it's only a competition after all, plus, we're sending Form 4 students to fight All Saint School's Form 6 students. We've not lost. Just stepping into the high court proves that we're winners, too. Thare's no loser. The only loser is those who give up before competiting.

I just realized that... I have only made one single update at
yamaki_anime so far for the month of February! What am I actually doing? Dreaming?! Worse, I have yet to touch my Digimon website too. What should I do? >>
Currently I'm downloading the soundtrack of Asatte no Houkou as well as Shouko's Character Image song. I hope that I am able to do some reviews on the albums. On the other hand, I have, without announcing it loudly, done Operation: Cleaning Animes of HDD (5). The results of the cleaning was that 14 episodes of 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' as well as the anime's OP and ED were removed off the computer and burned onto several CDROMs.
CNY is just around the corner and I'll be going back to Sibu to visit my grandpararents as well as relatives. By then, for sure I'll be having no time at all to go online.
Banzai.
Anyway, I was just glad that Mr. Lai decided to take another day off today and we didn't have to take the three hours Add. Maths test. Everyone was relieved to hear the good news.

Despite having a rather 'almost-want-to-die' day in school after having 3 hours of Maths extra class with Mr. Lai who is also the discipline master our school, this had just made my day and I feel much better after laughing for a moment. I swear, if I were to be the leader of the creative group for the school bazaar the next few years, I'll be making a flash like this instead of a movie to promote the bazaar, lol. ZOMGLOLOLOLOL!
Talking about Mr. Lai's extra classes, I can tell you, it's damn boring. You can even sleep with your eyelids open wide looking at the whiteboard, daydreaming about other stuffs like 'what is my mom going to cook for dinner' or 'where should I go later on with my boyfriend?' etc. His voice is like a 80-year-old old man talking to his grandchildren telling them useless stories: deep and unclear. Forturnately, he wears/ties a microphone like a necktie on his neck and speaks through it.
Other than that, everything else is quite normal. We prefects have to sell coupons, and with us S1Zhong having 8 prefects and 2 monitors selling coupons, the competition would be higher among us. Looks like I have to aim underclassmen, like for example, ask my brother to sell the coupons in his Junior 2 class, where both of his monitors are out of coupon stock. lole. During our three hour prefect GM (general meeting) on Friday, we had a 45 minute Q & A session about the bazaar, in where I had asked about whether prefects are allowed to give discounts to whomever they sell their coupons to (we will be given a penalty if we were to fail to sell all of the coupons within the time given), they replied telling me that the tactic is not encouraged, but later on they banned the tactic anyways. Here's an insider detail: For the first time ever, if the coupons are sold out, real money can be used! Don't tell anyone about this! This is a special notice for those who read my journal. :D
For the first time ever, I think I had the meeting which had had the most parliament style/taste in it, in where we prefect are the members of parliament, the committee members as well as group leaders are the cabinet ministers and the political secretaries. The head prefect is the prime minister, and the coordinator would be the Yang Di-pertua speaker. I'm thinking too much about this stuffs, lole.

Those who are good in Malaysian history should know who Tun Perak is.
To those who don't know, "Perak" is silver, while "Tun" is a Malay title, just like "Sir" or "Lord" in English as in "Sir John Smith".
So... my brother decided to name his character in Ragnarok Online "Tun Perak" after he wasn't able to come up with any other better names. It's a monk, FYI.
Then, he created another character: "Tun Emas". Note that "Emas" means "gold" in Malay.
I was expecting a "Tun Gangsa" after this, considering that Bronze comes after Gold and Silver.
But I was wrong. He created a character, another monk, with the name, "Tun Perang".
WTF?
"Perang" is a Malay word which literally has two meanings. The first meaning was "War", and the second meaning "brown" as in brown colour.
I guess he just came up with that name after Tun Perak.
Kesian betul.
And believe me, the three "Tuns" will be in jail before they know it.
:_:
I need to sleep. It's 5 am in my side now. (Talking about sleeping, I was online yesterday on MSN and a few of you had IMed me. But I wasn't online at that time! It was my brother who hadn't logged out off my user account! Sorry for being unable to reply to all IMs!)

Today, a group of Malaysians who submitted a memorandum to the Indonesian embassy in Kuala Lumpur in protest of the deteriorating air quality in Malaysia caused by haze originating from Indonesia were greeted with sarcasm from its First Secretary (political affairs), who goes by the single name Mudzakir:
“If you can guarantee the wind will not blow (in this direction), then I can guarantee it (haze) will not happen again.” [...]
“When we export oxygen, you don’t say anything; when we export haze, you complain.”
Malaysiakini says the Indonesian diplomat appeared to have repeated similar remarks made yesterday by Indonesia's Forestry Minister Malem Sambat Kaban, who was quoted by Reuters as saying: "We have forests producing oxygen and bringing clean air to them but they don't thank us. Now there's smoke and they complain. There must be a balance."
This draws a remark from DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, who led the group to submit the memorandumofprotest: “I am disappointed. I think I will have to visit the embassy again next year.”
When contacted by Malaysiakini later today, Mudzakir confirmed he had made the remarks that had annoyed the DAP delegation.

Me: You don't expect someone to thank for oxygen although it it not their's, do you? Don't tell me they plan to sell oxygen next. Even now, we have to pay for the only thing which drops down from the sky, water, due to the fact that it's not clean.

I believe that most of you here know that Steve Irwin, or better known as the "crocodile hunter" (in my side, if I were to use his name, no one would have known him, so I would have to use "crododile hunter") for his TV show, is dead from being attacked by a sting ray when diving yesterday. I just got to know the news this morning when I am reading the Borneo Post newspaper. The news was the headline on the frontpage of the newspaper. Meanwhile, Daily Express only added the news in it's entertainment part. Actually, I saw Steve's name in MSN on Rumora Suiku's screen name last night, but I didn't knew anything by then. Ah... he's only 44 years old. It's a real waste to die in the hand, or should I say, tail of the stingray.. Oh well, it is actually a surprise to see
tsubaki_ blogging about it in his blog here. I also see quite a number of you in my friend-list (here, here, here and even here) actually talking about it..
Then again, there is also the death of the chief Buddhist monk of Malaysia and Singapore, who died of cancer a few days ago. What made me thought deeply was this quote:
In the 90's, Chief was in Sydney to perform his heart bypass procedure. On the eve of the operation, a female hospital staff came to him with a bible, telling him it's time to take the holy communion as the operation was a major one. Chief, who was in his hospital uniform, obliged. The lady read a passage from the bible and prayed for him. Chief ended it with Amen.
Days later, a group of Malaysian students who studied at the New South Wales University heard of Chief's operation and went to visit him at the hospital. They paid him respect the Buddhist way by kneeling down, clasping palms on the bosoms. Chief was still in his hospital patient's uniform, and there was no clue to give away who he was. The lady who performed him the communion was watching, and was confused with what she saw. After realising that she had performed the communion on the Chief Monk of Malaysia and Singapore, she went to Chief to apologise.
Chief asked her: "Why do you want to apologise? You have done a good service, good intention, I really appreciate the prayer that you have done for me."
Quoting the experience, Chief said that is the attitude of Buddhism.
Even PAS's president, Musam Musa attended the late chief monk's Eulogy. You can see how this monk was highly respected by other religions, even the Muslims. ^_^
Okay, back up here from the dead, I didn't noticed that Utawarerumono was already licensed. I was about to ask Chia Sheng to help me download the series. But I'm still glad that yesy fansubs's subbing is still ongoing, although after looking at the comparisms between the groups subbing the series, I would really prefer the subs done by Static Subs, but it seems that SS only did up to episode 7 and then stopped..
Currently listenning to some Simple Plan songs which my brother got from his classmate. I have also borrowed the "Songs about Jane" album by Maroon5 from the public library in KK. I was wondering how good was it and decided to have a try.

I have a lot to say, but I'll make it short and sweet.
As some of you should know, yesterday, 31 of August, was our country's independence day, and it's a public holiday for us. Me and my family went shopping in Karamunsing, and I got myself a new 2GB Kingston thumbdrive. It's eight times the size of my old 128MB one. lol. I was planning to but the A.I version, Quadridology epiosde II of Ragnarok Online, but it seems that a newer version, the Taekwan Kid version, Quadridology episode III, is out. I was using Metal City.. lol.
I think most of you shouldn't know about this, but 31 August was also "International Blogger's Day". Nothing much about blogging, but this particular website attracted my attention: http://merdekablogger.org/. It's not the information, but the domain name which attracts me. It was also said that... "For Malaysia's sake, keep on blogging". Lol. Jeff's quotes are always the best.

And again, I didn't noticed this until a few of my classmates actually complaint that they showed are those lame animes, like for example Dragonball episode one, Digimon episode 2, blah blah blah. It was then I remembered that 31 August is also the first day Animax, a channel specially for Japanese animations, go on air in Malaysia. Of course, only Astro subscribers would have the channel, and it's not free. Those non-Astro subscriber, including yours truly, would have to suffer by listenning to others talking about animes that they had watched, meanwhile having no idea at all what they are talking about. They released the country's budget for 2007. I tried watching TV for about half an hour, but then, I lost interest. It was Pak Lah talking the whole time. I was expecting some opposition's voice. Dah. The main results are: lowering the corporate tax by two percentage points on a staggered basis from the present 28 per cent to 27 per cent in year of assessment 2007 and 26 per cent in 2008 for more quality education and training at all levels and more scholarships for bright students to develop the country’s human capital, on cigarettes by one sen per stick while liquor with alcohol content of more than 40 percent will see the specific excise duty raised by RM5 per litre.”

Today we had examinations for Bahasa Melayu 2 (the writing part of the Malay subject) and Chinese History (those in lower-Chinese are excluded, though).
The BM 2 exam started immimiately at 7:30 a.m, when the bell rang. It ended exactly at 9:30 a.m. The papers needs you to answer 4 parts, and the first part is the ringkasan, where you will be needing to shorten an about 300 word article toaround less than 80 words. That was a piece of cake for me. The second part is where they'll give you an image or picture or graph, anything, and they want you to write an essay less than 120 words. There are three pictures featuring "kesederhanaan". It means "moderation" in English. It's not that hard either, it's just that I wasted a lot of time cancelling of extra words, in which I went over the word limit. The third part is the real essay writing part. They give you five questions, and you must only choose one, and your essay must be more than -inserts a number which is around 200 to 300- words. In the five questions, there is ought to be a question which wants you to write a letter, either formal or informal. I went for the dialog question. I feel stupid for my terrible handwriting on the essays. The last part is where I totally flunked. It's a part worth 10 delicious yet easy-to-score marks. The part is where they will ask you a question, based on the three novels the students studied in their first 3 years of Secondary school. Of course, students are only requested to choose one novel, in which they are confident in. I left the whole section blank. The question is, Novel writters use a variety of plot technique to write their story. Based on what you've learn in the novels, write down three plot techniques (teknik plot) that were used by the author of the novel you studied. Yay for myself. I have no idea of it at all. After the exams, when I go check my Tingkatan 3 Komsas book, I found out that the three plot techniques includes saspens (suspense), imbas kembali (remembering the past), and dialog. No matter how delicious the marks are, if you are unable to 'digest' it, it would be useless.
After the first test, I went over to the canteen with Ong Chia Sheng. The canteen is all for us, the Junior 3 students, as all the students from other grades (Junior One and Two, and the three Seniors, minus Senior One Science Screen students, but they had finish their exams at 9:30, and had gone back home eairler) didn't have any exams, so they just didn't came to school. Yo. The next subject up for test is Chinese History, but I was all ready to fail the subject, so I ignored the fact that there were only 30 minutes for rest, and I had a rather scrumptious meal in the canteen, taking my time. I had a plate of Chicken Chop rice and a bottle of Strawberry Bliss Yogurt milk drink. It wasn't as satisfying as I had though. The Chicken Chop Rice's gravy sucks. It's just plain soy sauce and water boiled in a slow cooker, I swear. And note that the yogurt milk drink is just about to expire within a month. I tried not to laugh to myself.
At around 9:45 a.m, I went back to class. I looked at everyone, who is busy trying to do their last minute, memorizing as much as they could from the notes that the teacher had given us. As usual, Voo Yaw Der had been up to no good. He had photocopied the notes into super-small sized papers, so that he could cheat during the exams. You can even see Tommy and Andrew and a few others trying to get a copy of the paper from him. But, the funny thing is that, Mr. Lee walked into our class at around 9:50 a.m, holding our test papers. Oh my, he is going to be the teacher incharged of our class during the up-coming-in-ten-minutes exam. Yay! Thanks god for sending us an angel, or rather an "Er Lang Shen" (from the "Journey to the West"). Curses on you, those who think of cheating during the exam! Or lets just say I was just envious of them, for being able to cheat during exams. Grr. The exam started at 10:00 sharp, but we took our time putting our bags outside the classroom, and therefore, about 5 minutes were wasted. But who cares? There were 1 hours and 30 minutes for the exams, and the time allocated was much more than enough. If they would allow it, I say the time for the Chinese History be shorten to 1 hour, and the time for the Maths exams to lengthen another 30 minutes. But but, it's a pity that our school would never do that. Reality is such cruel! =O. The exams should end at 11:30, but then, it only took me around 40 minutes to finish answering all questions. The questions are surprisingly easy, expecially the question asking who is our country's current deputy premier. lol. I am expecting to pass this time, and if I do, thanks, god =D
Reached home at around 12 noon, noticed that my brother is playing Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones on the computer, I went to bed, and at around 1 pm, I had my lunch. *Yawn*

The BM 2 exam started immimiately at 7:30 a.m, when the bell rang. It ended exactly at 9:30 a.m. The papers needs you to answer 4 parts, and the first part is the ringkasan, where you will be needing to shorten an about 300 word article to
After the first test, I went over to the canteen with Ong Chia Sheng. The canteen is all for us, the Junior 3 students, as all the students from other grades (Junior One and Two, and the three Seniors, minus Senior One Science Screen students, but they had finish their exams at 9:30, and had gone back home eairler) didn't have any exams, so they just didn't came to school. You know, sometimes it may be really funny. Still remember when I leave a message at Ms. Chau's blog? In there, I used a nickname 山木先生, and the next period which Ms. Chau enters our class, she immidiately said, "我知道谁是山木先生". I went OMG, as I floated as high as the skies. But then, the whole class assumed that it was Samuel, as the rhyme of "山木" was like "Shanmu". I dropped down from the sky, and landed on the ground, as I hear that. But then I looked at Desmond, who before, told me that he read my LJ, and he was able to immidiately guess that the person was me. (The next period was Sejarah, where Cikgu Evelyn actually used me and Janine as the example of the malay style wedding, where the male would like go tell his mom, and his mom would go talk with the lady's mom, and then meminang, and then kahwin, and then blah blah blah, but anyways, I once again floated up to the sky). The next thing I know is that today, my form teacher actually asked me about the whole thing. She asked me "你就是山木叔叔?", and I replied, "先生, 不是叔叔,". But anyways, I'm used to the whole PakCikYamaki thingie in Gunbound, so I don't really mind. But still, the more I think of it, the more I got to my senses, and I turned... OMG, as I left the link to my LJ in Ms. Chau's blog, and if Ms. Liew reads her blog, then won't she somehow reach my blog? Noooooo.....
Another thing about Ms. Chau's blog... someone actually used my name to spam Ms. Chau's Cbox. Although it was 山木先生, but I swear, it wasn't me. I am sure it's that Yappy. He used the nickname "Y 先生", and he reported that Tommy had been changing places with Catherine to be with Suzain. I was wondering how did that guy reached Ms. Chau's blog... but when I thought about it, I remember adding him in MSN Messenger, and in my MSN screenname, I added the link to my LJ. What a stupid me. >_>;;
Oh and... Livejournal is not that safe. Friends locked posted are still viewable to public, or otherwise scannable in search engines. I swear I F-locked this post (http://kristalyamaki.livejournal.com/1
And I'm making this public. =\
Anyways, my mom wants me to go take a shower now, as she'll be taking me to the Gary Chaw's promo in Kian Kok later, which starts at 8pm. Jimmy and Voo Zhong Wei will be there too. =P

Oh well, a few days ago, when we were having our test, Ms. Chau actually showed her blog using the LCD projector. I'm not sure whether anyone else actually noticed it, since we're actually having a test at that time. Yeah, I have indeed forgotten the link, but then, I went searching search engines. Actually, I think that it was quite hillarious, because the thing I did was type "初三信" into http://search.blogger.com/, and the first blog which they showed was Ms. Chau's blog. Haha. =P But somehow, I not that good in Chinese, so I'm unable to fully enjoy reading her blog, since there are quite lot of words which I don't understand. I left a message saying hello in her Cbox, and I find it... silly. I don't know what to say. =_=;

And also, I noticed this on Michael's Website. It's a short MV featuring one of Michael's song "Lian". It's a really good song, but the MV wasn't that good, in my opinion. It was totally an advertistment for the Visit Malaysia 2007. Yeoh. And Jimmy also told me that it was the same actress from Daniel Lee's "Xian Zhai hen xiang jian ni" MV. Walao.

Today, we, the library club members have a combined meeting with the Red-Crescent Society. The members of the Red-Crescent Society taught us many stuffs. The thing is that, I have to write in a report about the meeting. Wah, I didn't made any notes. Now, that would be a problem to me. I can't remember much. =\
The Science Test today was... easy. :D But Ms. Chua believed that many people would fail the test, and so, she said that if more than 20 people fail the test, a re-test would be held. Ah. =\

It's cheaper to build the bridge, than to cancel the bridge. The bridge which I meant was the bridge which the Malaysian Government wanted to build in the first place, but then, cancelled, due to the Singaporean Government's demands. The bridge only costed RM 1.11 billion, but then, the cancelling of the bridge costs RM 1.12 billion. Clever government, eh?

Just came back from the immigration office. Looks like I may only have my passport by next month, since they would need Sarawak's approval for my passport. It seems that it's because both my parents are from Sarawak.. but in anyways, I'll be going to Singapore on December, so it would be okay. My dad couldn't get tickets from AirAsia though, so we'll wait and see whether grandma can do it or not.
Oh well, we reached there at around 10a.m, and when me and my mom were to get a number, the officer refused to give us a number, since it's Friday, and they work only until 11:30a.m, and they feared that they could not finish that much applicants before the time. But in anyways, we filled in our forms, and then at around 10:30 a.m, the number counters were re-opened, and we got a number. It wasn't a long wait either. And at before 11:30a.m, we finished our applications. The officers in the immigration office were very friendly. That's what I wasn't expecting, but in anyways, I'm glad. My mom can collect her passport at around 4p.m, while like I said before, I'll be needing to wait for a month.
Anyways, just now in the immigration office(it was in Wisma Dang Bandang, fifth floor), there was this Kadazan (I persume) girl around my age, who walked into the lift me and my mother was in. But the thing is, the lift had closed even before the girl's mother and sister (I persume, too) could enter the lift. I tried to push the "open" button, but failed, since the lift door was shut tight. So, we went up to the fifth floor, then the girl went back down in the lift. Neh, I guess she would be here to apply for a passport too, and I was right, as I saw her a few minutes later. And by the way, the girl can speak fluent Chinese. The girl talked to her sister using Chinese, and even used Chinese to SMS using her handphone. Wow. Looks like Kadazans these days are learning Chinese fast, or maybe they just happen to go to Chinese schools.

Nothing much of today. They had guild war in Trinity. There goes all the lag. No, I didn't joined. Come to look at it, the competition should be very strong, since they only opened 1 castle for each of the 4 towns which have castles, namely Payon, Al de Baran, Prontera and Geffen.

Neh. Mom was really stressed out of work. Yesterday, she caught that the details and datas were mixed up purposely by one of her clerks. Some of you should know that my mom is an Account Admin cum Maintainence, and she works in an apartment management office. Every month, she will go and collect, or rather the residents will go to the management office to pay their apartment management fees to my mom. Then, she had to do all the postings, and in the month-end, she would have to get ready notices to those who failed to pay their fees. Then, every once per month, there would be an operation to lock-up their water if they fail to pay, and would only be reconnected if they pay, and everyone has to work overtime till 8pm. In another words, my mom is the one with the highest post in the management office. Then, she has two assistants: Ms. J, a maintainence clerk, and Mdm. H, as account clerk. Recently, Ms. J was admited into SMC for an appendix operation, and therefore, she was on a sick leave. Also in this month, there is also a student from the Stamford College who came in to work as a trainee to get some experience or something like that to find a better job. The trainee was directly under the account department. She were not to receive any salary, since she were only a trainee. Both Mdm. H and the trainee were Kadazans, and therefore they got close to each other easily. Now, that my mom had set up a few passwords to the Accounting program in the computer, and Mdm. H has the password to do accountings, and as well as edits, meanwhile the trainee only had a password to do accountings, but not editings. On June 1, Mdm. H had took a day off (to actually continue her Kaamatan leave, which starts on May 30 to May 31), and it was on that day the trainee started her training. It was also on that day, my mom checked and confirmed that the accounts in the account program was error-free, and them my mom printed the account. A few days later, my mom checked the accounts in the accounting program, and found out a bunch of errors. My mom then decided to change the status of Mdm. H's password, so that Mdm. H cannot do anymore editing. Then later on, Mdm H found out that she weren't able to do editings, and she immidiately called her husband and complained. Although she used Kadazan language, but then, she emphasized the word "respect", and even in English, just to provoke my mom. Ah. My mom then told Mdm. H about the errors. "You know, I found out that there were errors in the accounts that I've prove-checked. I even have a prove that it was error-free." And my mom took up the printed version of the accounts. My mom told Mdm. H solemnly, "It was all error free, and I've prove-check it, and how come it has errors now? The thing I can tell you is that the editing is done using your password, since there's no one else who can do editing, other than you and me. Now the thing is, who is the person who had done the editing: It is either you, or the trainee. I think you should know the answer yourself." This is not the first time my mom got up with such happennings. Mdm. H could have been goreng (fried, or in another word, fired) a long time ago. Now that the word "respect" is used, shouldn't Mdm. H know how to respect herself, before she can hope others to respect her?! Now you tell me. That's the story my mom told us yesterday. =\
That's it for now. I've downloaded a bunch of Riviera wallpapers, and currently using the Serene one. Oh and yeah, I do prefer Serene over the 4 girls. =D

It's 3 more minutes to 3 in the morning, and I haven't slept yet. Still, I have alot to update in my LJ. I've just finished reading my friend's page, and made a few comments.
fatcatlim would now be the new moderator/maintainer of

Anyways, let's talk about school. Recently, our form teacher, Mdm. Liew, (nicknamed "Chicken Little", or just "CL". Most of the students in Junior one and Junior two know the nickname, and even Mr. Poong knows about it XD) became mad at our class monitor and treasurer (Janine and Jeomyst respectively) for not consulting her about the loss of money in the class funds. It was found out that Soon Ka Yee happened to be the thief, who claimed to have only stolen RM20. Janine and Jeomyst had sent Soon to the Counselling board, and guess what? Mdm. Liew became mad because of that. She said that she received a report about the case from the Disiplinary board. Apparently, the Counselling board had reported the case to the Disiplinary board. Mdm. Liew then questioned both Janine and Jeomyst, and also Emily (wtf, why is Emily involved? She has totally nothing to do with this at all. Perhaps she was the one who suggested the counselling method, eh?), on why didn't Jeomyst reported the stolen money in the first place. That wasn't the worse yet. After counting the class funds, plus Soon's RM20, it is still found out that the class fund is still short of RM80 something. No wonder. When I requested to buy a few bottles of liquid cleaner for the windows, they disapproved the request with the reason "we don't have enough money in the class fund". Now, what comes to the end of the story, is that Jeomyst have to pay all the debts as the class treasurer. I really pity her. I can still remember the grin on her face when she caught Soon as the thief, but that didn't lasted for long. Still, I suspect that Soon didn't only stole RM20, but more. I never actually like Soon in the first place. He's a thick-faced, stupid, ignorant and silly fellow, and most of it, he is dishonest. He should just be kicked out of the school. I hope Mdm. Liew would put a "stealing" remark on his report card, so that he will never be able to find a job (who would want to employ a thief?). Curses on him.
...that's a few days ago. Let's just talk about today, or I mean yesterday, since it's over midnight (Friday). We had our Maths exams today. It was totally easy. As easy as just drinking water! Sup sup water leh! It was the first time in two years that I could answer almost all the questions. Looks like Mr. Poong's tuition is having it's effects, eh? =P But anyways, we're gonna have Chinese and Computer practical exam on Monday. I'll try to read Lisa's note.
Desmond's birthday is coming up (28 May), and just now in the school bus, he told me that he would be wanting a new handphone, and it costs RM2199. And I was like... walaoweh, so expensive?! One month your whole family no need makan sudah loh like that. Jeomyst and Hugh's birthdays are on 6 June. lol. But oh well, that's in the school holidays. Our Library Club are supposed to be going on a trip on 6 June, but it was cancelled. Bleh.

Okay, on the other side, today (Saturday), is also the polling day for Sarawak's State elections. Still, I would not like to see zero opposition, although it would be a really good birthday present to Taib Mahmood. According to my uncle who lives in Kuching, Taib Mahmood "bai gui" (worships ghosts). Yalah, you can see the buildings in Kuching, all funny in heights one.

P.S: Still, I'm unable to view DAP Sarawak's Manifesto. It's a .pdf file, and Acrobat Reader hates me, or is it just the RAM of my computer.
My last words: I hope that DAP win at least 2 out of the 14 contested seats. Still, I think they would lose Meradong's seat. Maybe they would win back Bukit Assek? lol.
I'll try to talk to dad and get it fixed, somehow.

( this might kill some friend's page, that's why I decided to put it under a cut. Anyways, here's a generated colourbar. )
I just sent Kathy the Sejarah "Hasil Kajian" through MSN. She called me, and then, told me that her handphone has not much credit left, and wanted me to go online on MSN. bleh.
We had a logarithm test this morning during maths period. Somehow I was able to finish them all. Maybe I could even get full marks. =D
Let's just say it. When I reached home, my brother asked me, have I done anything special in school, and I reply saying that I am on-duty as a librarian today. And guess what he said? "As a librarian, does that gives you the power to step on books into rubbish bin?" And I was like... EH, HOWDIDYOUKNOWABOUTIT?!!! I can swear it must be either Jimmy or Desmond who told him in the school bus. I didn't took the school bus home since I have tuition with Ah Poong. But anyways, this is what actually happened.
It was the English class, and Mr. Alfred Chin, our English teacher had told us to remove everything else on the table except for the English grammar book. And yeah, he then snatched Yappy's science PMR form 2 workbook and Biology textbook which was still on his table, and put it outside, on top of the rubbish bin. Then, here comes trouble. A few minutes later, the principal himself interupted the class and asked some students to clean up the mess. I then, as the Cleaniness Supervisor, was asked to do the silly job. I by then, forgetting that it was someone else's book. I just stepped the whole books into the rubbish bin with my one of my legs, and then, just slammed the rubbish bin's lid shut, and beamingly walked into the classroom, telling myself: "ITE" (It's the end). But then, everyone was laughing softly, or so, and then, Lisa, who sat next to me, told me that it was Yappy's books. I was like... oh my goodness... I looked at Yappy and he just glared at me. By then, Mr. Alfred Chin just couldn't help grinning. Mr Alfred then told me to get the books up and hand it to Yappy. I was... meh. >_<
Okay, that's enough. A combination of being a librarian and the cleaniness supervisor isn't good. Books in the rubbish bin, eh? I sounded like a total fool, and that's what April's here for.
One more thing... I'm currently downloading Karin 8 and 9, plus a brand-new anime by afk, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

The title is "Misconceptions about Islamic Law..a brief explaination", and that young lady actually 100% support the establishment of Malaysia as an Islamic state. In that particular post, she talked about how good is Islam and so on and so forth, and Islam is not war. I agree with Islam is not war, but now, it's just that we want to have the freedom to choose our religion, from Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, etcetera. We don't want to be forced to convert to Islam. Yes, Islam is a really good religion, but as a member of other religion, you can't just like go and quit yourself and go learn the quran and everything about Allah. It's impossible, I tell you. And by the way, the Islamic laws in Malaysia are really throat-cutting. Malays are defaultly Muslims, and you can't like quit, or you'll get a few strokes or even jail. Even Indonesia doesn't have those laws, and Indonesians are free to have their own religion.

What the...?

Go read this, and you'll see something funny. This Mr. Kamarul Khairi Kasin was fined for driving his car, a Perodua Kancil, over the speed limit in the north-south expressway, which was 110KM per hour in 25 January 2006, but the thing is that the police reported his speed at that time as 956KM per hour. That is indeed nine hundred and fifty six freaking kilometers per hour. Walao. Sometimes I think that the police is really really stupid for even issuing a saman for some case like that.
Fuel price hike protest news @ Catcha.com.my
Next is this. Just because of the fuel price hike, they did a protest for it. I don't have an idea why did they wanted to do so. It's really normal for a price hike, and like Badawi said, it's still the lowest in the region, except for Brunei (of course lah, Brunei has too much oil, and my English teacher once said that the people in Brunei even turned on their cooking gas overnight in their backyard, just to scare away wild animals..), and the government can never continue subsidizing petrol. Come to think of it, I say that PAS and Suaram did not do the right thing for the peoples. And I think that PAS deputy president Nasharudin Mat Isa should just keep his mouth shut, as I think he would be doing the same thing if he were the Deputy Prime Minister. Blah. In other country such as the Philippines and Thailand, they protest for a better leader, but in Malaysia here, they even protest for such a small thing. Like usual, the government needs money for development (such as education or sports or even human developments), and not every sen should go for fuel subsidy. See how bad the protest is going: http://community.livejournal.com/malaysi ans/442109.html
