Yep, this is the Anime Music Video which I created a few week ago. It's featuring Full Moon Wo Sagashite as it's anime, and using Tong Hua - Guang Liang as it's music. This AMV might contain spoilers to those who haven't watched till the ending part where Mitsuki went to America.
