I hate Fridays

I seriously think that I have a really, really bad memory. I can't seem to remember whatever that had happened earlier today.

For most co-curricular activity societies (CCA) (including the Library Club), they had had their first meeting of the year today. I noticed that I wasn't listed in the member list of the Library Club which was stapled on the CCA notice board next to the Teachers' Office. Therefore, or should I say unforturnately therefore, I was excluded for the Library meeting. Again, I am a member of the Prefect Board. It wasn't really surprising, although I was indeed expecting to be called to the Library meeting, and if I really was, I had to apply for a leave with the Prefect Board. I don't mind actually, since it was the first meeting of the year, after all. Then again, it wasn't the first time we Prefects had had our Friday meeting since we already had ours weeks ago when the school reopened in January. Furthurmore, since it was raining cats and dogs earlier during the period of the CCA, the drill for us Prefects were cancelled and another activity were arranged for us. It was some childish game as I would describe it, and in the end, our group (Detention Group) lost all four special seats to the opposing group (Welfare Group) due to the fact that we didn't have any strategy. We were leading at the start of the game with 3 vs 1 but slowly, Welfare dominate the chairs next to the special chairs and by the end of the game, snatched all chairs.

'Shall I compare Thou with a summer's day?'

Desmond, the chairman of the next Senior 1 meeting/gather, decided to change the date of the meeting from the coming Thursday's after school to the coming Tuesday's after school, two days earlier, because our fecking Add. Maths teacher Mr. Lai wanted to have a test on Thursday, after school. Why always a short-notice? We might even have to reschedule our Prefects' annual 3S gather, again, because Mr. Lai wanted to have an extra class on the Saturday we plan to have the gather. Why does Mr. Lai always have to spoil everything?! Being the head of the Disipline Board (in other words, the head advisor to the Prefects), he should be more flexible. But I guess no one dares to go flexible on him. You know, our kaypoh Biology teacher told us that Mr. Lai does have someone he likes, but he isn't daring to express his feelings, and that is why until now, he's not married yet! If Mr. Lai were to retire soon, he'd be a very sad man for not having a life partner. He sacrificed himself, his love life, his personal life for Tshung Tsin, ohnoes! I don't know whether he's a gay or not but you see lah, that guy eats breakfast alone, skips lunch, and eats dinner with Mr. Wong (which Mr. Wong I dunno, but I'm betting on the school's Maths Department Head, Mr. Wong Say Wai). lol.

The rain decided not to go away even till now, it is still raining. It makes the night cold. Who~

It seems that I have underestimate the Prefect Board. We have a ZOMGIAMAGAY male Head Prefect, and a female Head Prefect scarier/fiercer than a tigeress looking after her cubs. The other day I went for the Prefects' Counselling and guess what? The two Heads decided to be a kaypoh and stick their heads (pun not intended) onto my private businesses, and I believe other S1 prefects got the same fate as well. The Heads had asked me silly questions and I answered all of them...um... semi-honestly, lah. Who cares? Earlier just now, the male Head Prefect announced our plans for the coming weeks and months. Plans including visits to the Bird Sanctuary Park, RTM TV Station, Kian Kok Prefect Board + KK High School Prefect Board and then Tenom Tshung Tsin Prefect Board, et cetera. The list goes on and it seems that we're never going to have an end to these visits/trips. He also specifically told us to bring our cameras if possible to take down photos as remembrance. lol.

I think I'm going to be an owl tonight. Lots and lots of things to do.

Spot-checks.

Just now in school, I had my first spot-check as a prefect. Other prefects (Senior 2 prefects, lol) happened to be a little scared but I felt nothing at all. Maybe it's my first time. Others had their training during the orientation camp which I was absent.

Well, we only spot-checked one class, J2He, because some silly fellow had filled a complain about someone from the class bringing handphone to school. Why the hell did the Education Ministry banned handphones from school?! This is no longer the 1980s! This is already the twenty-first century!

We took more than a period to finish the spot-check. In the end, we found no handphone but only some posters of singers, song lyrics, a handphone charger (SRSLY!) and other ki-ling-ka-lang accessories. (Read: but still no handphone!)

=\

I don't know what wind blew but the rumours about the spot-checks were flying around. lol.

It's a good experience nevertheless.

Honestly, I prefer serving the school instead of punishing the school. =\

*********

I had another chemistry test earlier. Supposedly it should be an easy one, but somewhat, I was totally off guard... I didn't even have the time to do some final revision. =\

My father's in KL so I have all the time I want on the computer. I plan to do something useful other than just going around surfing blogs and websites. =\
Yoichi
Despite having a rather 'almost-want-to-die' day in school after having 3 hours of Maths extra class with Mr. Lai who is also the discipline master our school, this had just made my day and I feel much better after laughing for a moment. I swear, if I were to be the leader of the creative group for the school bazaar the next few years, I'll be making a flash like this instead of a movie to promote the bazaar, lol. ZOMGLOLOLOLOL!

Talking about Mr. Lai's extra classes, I can tell you, it's damn boring. You can even sleep with your eyelids open wide looking at the whiteboard, daydreaming about other stuffs like 'what is my mom going to cook for dinner' or 'where should I go later on with my boyfriend?' etc. His voice is like a 80-year-old old man talking to his grandchildren telling them useless stories: deep and unclear. Forturnately, he wears/ties a microphone like a necktie on his neck and speaks through it.

Other than that, everything else is quite normal. We prefects have to sell coupons, and with us S1Zhong having 8 prefects and 2 monitors selling coupons, the competition would be higher among us. Looks like I have to aim underclassmen, like for example, ask my brother to sell the coupons in his Junior 2 class, where both of his monitors are out of coupon stock. lole. During our three hour prefect GM (general meeting) on Friday, we had a 45 minute Q & A session about the bazaar, in where I had asked about whether prefects are allowed to give discounts to whomever they sell their coupons to (we will be given a penalty if we were to fail to sell all of the coupons within the time given), they replied telling me that the tactic is not encouraged, but later on they banned the tactic anyways. Here's an insider detail: For the first time ever, if the coupons are sold out, real money can be used! Don't tell anyone about this! This is a special notice for those who read my journal. :D

For the first time ever, I think I had the meeting which had had the most parliament style/taste in it, in where we prefect are the members of parliament, the committee members as well as group leaders are the cabinet ministers and the political secretaries. The head prefect is the prime minister, and the coordinator would be the Yang Di-pertua speaker. I'm thinking too much about this stuffs, lole.
Kyon "I'm surrounded by Idiots"

This is indeed around the time the school bus reaches my house every morning.

Last Monday was our school's opening ceremony, and for the first time ever, they did a live online video conference with three other school principals from Hong Kong, and yes indeed, it was featured in the newspaper yesterday (Wednesday).

The video conference is only a conversation between the principal and other principals. Big deal. As far as I am concerned about the so-called 'live' conference, it has nothing to do at all with us students of the school. Walao, the school only want to make sure that the school get enough media coverage to be famous, so that more students would enrol into the school, diao.

If you ask me, I say the school should create or organize more useful activities which would involve each and every student of the school. Even last year's telematch was... nothing, just a waste of time. What we did? Have karaoke, watch video, lepak around the school; nothing regarding telematches. They should have just let us stay at home so that we can spend our time with more useful activities (like computer games*) than karaoke or other useless activities. At least the cross country race was more beneficial and all students and even teachers plus parents get to join in the race.

In a nutshell, the school administrators of the school should plan activities which would benefict each and every students and NOT just do some video conferencing.

P.S: Bah, I have to stay for a night in school on the 31th of Jan to do preparations for the Baazar. What should I wear? I don't have a club T-shirt yet... I know! Maybe a BenQ T-shirt? XD (obviously the answer is no)

Creative Group Meeting

  • Dec. 2nd, 2006 at 3:44 AM
Yoichi
Today Yesterday I had went to school to attend a meeting by the prefect board. It's about the annual baazar event, in which they had started to do preparations for next year's baazar. Somehow, I do not know how this had happened, but I was put into the "creative" group. According to Jimmy our "creative" group leader, the group would be in-charged of doing most of the advertising jobs. This means that whatever banners, posters, leaflets and other promotional items would be created by our group. I looked at our member list, and I see that there are 5 of us future prefects in the group, in which three, including myself, are former J3Xin students. And the combination freaked me out: Me, Hugh and Desmond. Sounds like a dream come true. At least I get to work with some people I am farmiliar with. So, other than doing those promotional stuffs, our group is also in-charged of the games stall in the hall and the deejay of the music booth during the baazar. Sounds like fun. So, Jimmy had told us to do some homeworks: prepare some ideas for the banner and posters as well as the games. Don't ask me, I don't know how to draw anything nice, and my creativity was long dead. They even said that it would be better if it would be a bit "3-D". I don't get it. Baah.

The theme for next year baazar, according to Jimmy, would be "Vic7ory". Sounds a lot like "l33t" to me.

Honestly, I don't seem to remember any of the senior prefect's name other than their surnames. But this is not Japan, or else I could have just called them by their surnames followed by a "senpai". Haiz.

Had went over to AN to make several posts. Corrupt is currently on the hot seat. Go ask him questions if you want. His turn shall end on Tuesday.

As I was about to watch Kanon ep. 8, I noticed that I haven't finish the download of the episode yet. Meanwhile ep. 9 is out liao. Aiyah. Why so fast one?

Talking about animes episodes, I have noticed that I have been writing a walkthrough of the anime episodes instead of a summary or a review. Honestly, I think that I should give myself a word-limit or sort to prevent me from writing too much non-important stuffs.

There's only around 200MB in my E:\ drive again after I had started to download Tsubasa Chronicle eps. 32-40. And worse of all, I had to stop the download halfway to ensure there's a little space for disc burning. I'll be trying to use Nero this time as someone had advised me to do so. This harddrive space problem is really kiling me!!!

Autocrasy vs. Democracy...

Ignoring the title of this update, let me say something... amusing.

After looking at this, http://kurot.livejournal.com/12752.html, somehow, I started to have liking to those Digimon pairings which seemed to never going to happen, such as Yamato x Hikari, and I even got high after looking at a few other pairing arts, including the Masaru x Yoshino and Tohma x Yoshino.. lol! @_@;

Earlier before entering the hall for our school's weekly assembly, I went to the library and borrowed a thick book, which is the directory of our country's member of parliament for the term 2004-2009. It's a bit outdated in the minister part though, as Leo Michael Toyad is no longer our Minister of Tourism.

During the assembly, the mainly-using-chinese-and-refuse-to-translate-what-he-had-said-into-English principal announced that next year's sport houses would be based on this year's class, and this means that we, Junior 3 students, who is going to be re-arranged into Science or Art Stream classes when going into Senior one next year, are going to be in classes having mixed houses for the first time in school history. And also, the cross country race for the year 2007 were cancelled, because of the renovation works being done in Jalan Damai, taking in the consideration of the safety of students of the school.

In our class meeting held after the school assembly, we were supposed to elect a few class representative to the sport house we were representating next year, Green House (the Green House captains didn't announce our class being included in the house, oh bless them!). Of course, although I have no idea why, Chin Yeh Bing won the Male Captain post unopposed, while Leong Kai Wen won the Female Captain post for being active in sports, volleyball mainly. The Male Dancing leader post was won by Andrew Lim, while the Female Dancing leader post went to Vivian Wong, who had no experience or history in dancing at all, although a member of the Dancing Club in school.. Male and Female Marching Head are Jason Yong and Chai Liche respectively. The treasurer post landed on Jackson Chong, who is famous for corruption. Damn it, I should have opposed his nominations, but he won by autocrasy, as all of the votes of those who didn't voted at all automatically went to him. You can see something like this:

Candidate A: 1 vote
Candidate B: 1 vote
Candidate C: 42 votes

I was very unhappy. In my opinion, those fellow people who are able to become a nominee should be proposed by one person, and at least seconded by another person, which means that if a person are even eligible to contest as a nominee, that fellow should have at least 2 votes. =\

Ah, I'll stop now.

Ahaha for an update.

Earlier I got scolded by my father for scolding my little sister. I was playing MapleStory and he told me to go upstairs. I was mad. My sister was stupid enough to ask for her original birth certificate from my mother, and she claimed that her teacher wanted the number behind the birth cert. Somehow, she had gotten her hands on a photocopied version of the birth cert (with mine on the same page too, duh!), but she still wanted the original version, and that is why I got angry. Nah, she didn't knew that if she'd lose her birth cert, she wouldn't be able to make an IC when the time comes, and she would be regarded as a foreigner. The thing is that... she shouldn't even be asking for her birth cert in the first place! I took a long shower to cool down, and hey, it's actually working! I'm not that mad anymore. =D

A few days ago, I admitted to Mdm. Liew that I have been changing seats with Hiew Vun Vun, so that she can sit next to Oswin, although she was only sitting next to me (I was sitting between Hiew and Oswin). She found out that Cikgu Jocelyn Teo had marked me absent a day before when she checked the attendence marking book. The outcome is that Hiew Vun Vun was moved behind, and Leong Kai Wen was moved next to me. Frankly speaking, I don't mind sitting next to anyone, but sometimes, I don't feel comfortable sitting next to someone I don't really know (they're only classmates, not any close friends). Leong is those rebellish typed of girl you'd see in any teenager, but the way she rebels is quite.. unacceptable, although I quite got used to it by now. She is keen to cheat during tests, and the way she cheats... she does it openly, like for example, putting a book on top of the table during a test. Nah, although she is a member of the volleyball club and is quite active (she represented the school to the interschool volleyball competition and the team won first place), she is quite short (around 3 cm shorter than me) and fat. Still remember the Taiwan girls volleyball team match that I have said in an earlier post? Leong wasn't playing in the game, lol. If she'd played, the team would have gotten a 25 versus 0. lol, in my opinion (IMO).

Yeah, starting from next week onwards, I'll be having examinations all month. UEC Mock exam for the first week, PMR examinations the second week, and UEC examinations the third week. Whohoo. Guess you can say that I'm quite relaxed. But now, I'm just hoping that I don't get any muscle cramps on any day of the exams!

Oh and, tommorow (or rather today) is a public holiday, and it's only for us living in Sabah. It's out TYT's birthday, and also our real independence day. Yay for merdeka. No wonder patriotism spirit ain't that strong in East Malaysia here.

But still, I need to get a splash page done for September. I have done one, but I personally don't like it at all. And yeah, WTW is now powered by Simple Machines, lol.

Quick Update..

Today we had two tests. Sejarah and Science. I think I can get at least 30 (out of 50) for Science. We just got our second semester school magazine today too, and yeah, I found a mistake. When the chief editor (who also happens to be top one in Senior 2 art and commerce stream) of the magazine asked me for my opinion, I just told him that he had put our class as third placing in the junior section school choir singing competition. We didn't even got into the finals, duh.

Earlier we also had our last club meeting of the year. We had a farewell party for the senior 3 students who served the library. The two main club advisors (head librarians, lol) Ms. Chan and Ms. Lim gave a short speech. Kui Chu, our club's chairlady, also gave a rather interesting short speech. I never knew that she was a librarian since Junior 1 until Senior 3, a whole 6 years. She advised us not to change clubs and continue to serve the library. Mainly, the farewell party was just a lunch, where a burger and fries from McDonald were given to each member of the club. Here comes the worse part. We were also forced to play a stupid game, and the rules are damn simple: A group consists of 6 members (but my group only have 5 members anyways, with me as the only male, duh). The first person would be given an action, and the action would be passed on until the last member. Then, the members of the group are asked to guess what the action is. Mainly, it's an entertainment. Sure, it's hillarious looking at others in action, but honestly, it's not fun at all. And I really have to say this... the girl in front of me during our turn earlier gives me the creeps, as the rules said that no talking is allowed at all, but this young lady actually minimized her action and instead talk silently. It's all "monkey business", and funnily, it has something to do with Jolin Tsai. I hate our question. The funniest question which actually cracked me up is the "Mr. Poong eating breakfast question and saw Mr. Principal", where they only needed to move one of their eyes with their hands to resemble that teacher, and a thumb to represent the principal, lol.

I'm not supposed to be online once again, but I have something to do right now. I have around 43 minutes to trade my fame in MapleStory SEA. Oh and yeah, Eunica is now a level 20 magician. =D. I'll be right back...

Edit: back. Instead of raising someone's fame, I docked a scammer's fame. That's for cheating me. He's a fucking 12 leveled magician, and he promised to trade fame with me. I rather dock his fame than raise it. Only those higher than 15 can give out fames. Duh.

So much for novels.

Little Kitten
Today we had examinations for Bahasa Melayu 2 (the writing part of the Malay subject) and Chinese History (those in lower-Chinese are excluded, though).

The BM 2 exam started immimiately at 7:30 a.m, when the bell rang. It ended exactly at 9:30 a.m. The papers needs you to answer 4 parts, and the first part is the ringkasan, where you will be needing to shorten an about 300 word article to around less than 80 words. That was a piece of cake for me. The second part is where they'll give you an image or picture or graph, anything, and they want you to write an essay less than 120 words. There are three pictures featuring "kesederhanaan". It means "moderation" in English. It's not that hard either, it's just that I wasted a lot of time cancelling of extra words, in which I went over the word limit. The third part is the real essay writing part. They give you five questions, and you must only choose one, and your essay must be more than -inserts a number which is around 200 to 300- words. In the five questions, there is ought to be a question which wants you to write a letter, either formal or informal. I went for the dialog question. I feel stupid for my terrible handwriting on the essays. The last part is where I totally flunked. It's a part worth 10 delicious yet easy-to-score marks. The part is where they will ask you a question, based on the three novels the students studied in their first 3 years of Secondary school. Of course, students are only requested to choose one novel, in which they are confident in. I left the whole section blank. The question is, Novel writters use a variety of plot technique to write their story. Based on what you've learn in the novels, write down three plot techniques (teknik plot) that were used by the author of the novel you studied. Yay for myself. I have no idea of it at all. After the exams, when I go check my Tingkatan 3 Komsas book, I found out that the three plot techniques includes saspens (suspense), imbas kembali (remembering the past), and dialog. No matter how delicious the marks are, if you are unable to 'digest' it, it would be useless.

After the first test, I went over to the canteen with Ong Chia Sheng. The canteen is all for us, the Junior 3 students, as all the students from other grades (Junior One and Two, and the three Seniors, minus Senior One Science Screen students, but they had finish their exams at 9:30, and had gone back home eairler) didn't have any exams, so they just didn't came to school. Yo. The next subject up for test is Chinese History, but I was all ready to fail the subject, so I ignored the fact that there were only 30 minutes for rest, and I had a rather scrumptious meal in the canteen, taking my time. I had a plate of Chicken Chop rice and a bottle of Strawberry Bliss Yogurt milk drink. It wasn't as satisfying as I had though. The Chicken Chop Rice's gravy sucks. It's just plain soy sauce and water boiled in a slow cooker, I swear. And note that the yogurt milk drink is just about to expire within a month. I tried not to laugh to myself.

At around 9:45 a.m, I went back to class. I looked at everyone, who is busy trying to do their last minute, memorizing as much as they could from the notes that the teacher had given us. As usual, Voo Yaw Der had been up to no good. He had photocopied the notes into super-small sized papers, so that he could cheat during the exams. You can even see Tommy and Andrew and a few others trying to get a copy of the paper from him. But, the funny thing is that, Mr. Lee walked into our class at around 9:50 a.m, holding our test papers. Oh my, he is going to be the teacher incharged of our class during the up-coming-in-ten-minutes exam. Yay! Thanks god for sending us an angel, or rather an "Er Lang Shen" (from the "Journey to the West"). Curses on you, those who think of cheating during the exam! Or lets just say I was just envious of them, for being able to cheat during exams. Grr. The exam started at 10:00 sharp, but we took our time putting our bags outside the classroom, and therefore, about 5 minutes were wasted. But who cares? There were 1 hours and 30 minutes for the exams, and the time allocated was much more than enough. If they would allow it, I say the time for the Chinese History be shorten to 1 hour, and the time for the Maths exams to lengthen another 30 minutes. But but, it's a pity that our school would never do that. Reality is such cruel! =O. The exams should end at 11:30, but then, it only took me around 40 minutes to finish answering all questions. The questions are surprisingly easy, expecially the question asking who is our country's current deputy premier. lol. I am expecting to pass this time, and if I do, thanks, god =D

Reached home at around 12 noon, noticed that my brother is playing Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones on the computer, I went to bed, and at around 1 pm, I had my lunch. *Yawn*

My paid account is about to expire in around 9 days. By then, my exams would be over, and yeah. Time to go back into the old advertistments-sponsored journal, soon. Anyways, if you are reading this, thanks, [info]sakurakessho for the paid account. I appreciated it =D

Oh and yeah, a final note: ADV is about to license The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Go get them while it's still legal. http://community.livejournal.com/sos_dan/12305.html

We won the Science Quiz!

  • Jul. 27th, 2006 at 11:38 PM
Jenrya Lee
I have a few good news, plus bad news.

GOOD NEWS #1: We (Jimmy, Hugh, Shaun and yours truly) won the Institute Sinaran Young Sciencist Club's Science Quiz yesterday. We were expecting at least 5 opponent teams, but it appears that we're only facing one, and their members consists of students from J3Yi, and the team called themselves "H5N1" (In my opinion, that's an even worse name, compared to our team's name "Idiot Savants"). We beat them with our 600 points, meanwhile they only got 300 points. It was actually 500 vs 350, and the quiz was 'answer the question correctly and get a 100 points, and if the answer you've given is wrong, you lose 50 points; which means that we're in the advantage, but if it were to happen so coincidently that we got our answer wrong, meanwhile they got theirs right, we would end up in a tie, but luckily, GOD still loves us, and that is why Hugh, our Ayam Tambatan (most of our hopes were on him), was destined to answer the last question correctly. But anyways, there are a few questions which I don't really understand, and actually, I only managed to answer one question. I even gave an answer which I am not confirmed with (which type of engine does not use spark plugs? Both Shaun and Hugh said that it was Diesel cars, but I said Solar cars. Lol, it was obviously Diesel Cars, which I promptly argued continuously on after the answer was revealed), and ending up losing 50 points in that question. Anyways, the awards that we've won would be given to us during the next school assembly.

BAD NEWS #1: Someone deliberately took away my Energizer rechargable batteries, which I were charging during class for the camera. In the end, I had to spend another RM5.80 to buy another two new batteries from the canteen.

GOOD NEWS #2: I managed to take a few photos. Most of the photos with me in it during the quiz were taken by my form teacher's son.

What could be the answer...? )
Everyone trying to squeeze some brain juice of their own, just to answer the question.

Somehow we got that question correct.. haha )
123
456
789
Somehow, that happened to be the answer. Everyone was laughing when the answer we gave is actually correct.. =D

Our answer is 'C'.. )
Shaun holding up manila card written "C", stating that our answer for the question.

Yay, we won =D )
The Idiot Savants posing with our form teacher, Mdm. Liew. I am the one holding the "We Won" paper. Ah. =\

BAD NEWS #2: They found one of my batteries outside the classroom window. Only ONE. What's good with only one battery when you can't re-charge it alone without the second battery?

GOOD NEWS #3: They also found the remote control of the air conditioner, which was lost, outside the window. Shaun must be really happy, as he need not pay the RM150 for losing the remote control. Come to think of it, this must be a prank. Oswin, did you did this? Now, time for a cooler classroom (it's really heaty, if you turn on the National branded Air-Cond. manually), and it's about time that Mdm. Liew reduce our class fee for August, as we have found the remote control. Yo. No more RM 5 for August, and for the remaining in the class funds, why not organize another party, or a surprise birthday party for Mdm. Liew? =D

That's about it for the bad and good news.

Thanks to Baka-Tsuki, I've printed the whole translation of the "The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya" novel. It took me around 4 hours printing the 7 chapters + authors' note on 136 papers, single sided. Yeah, I have also finished reading it in school today. Comparism isn't that obvious between the novel and anime, although I do see some differences. To whoever who translated the whole thing, and if you are reading this, I want you to know that I really thank you. Thanks for the great translation! Now, back to the novel. Oh well, although it's not like a "Spot who's Hikaru and who's Kaoru game", since the differences are totally obvious, but in the anime, it was Haruhi doing all the clicking of the camera, taking the photos of the Computer Club's harrassments to little Mikuru, but then, in the novels, it was Kyon who were actually doing the photo taking! Yo! But still, in overall, the animes are very similar to the novel, as the anime was adopted directly from the novel.

Oh I am so going to enter something to this: http://animedesho.animeblogger.net/?p=335. But Tsubaki didn't stated a dead-line! Yoh~!

Before I forget this... Ong Chia Sheng actually gave me one episode of the anime with my least favourite genre: Girls with Guns. Note that it was he who supplys me with Ouran Host Club episodes (he just gave me epi. 16 too, but I haven't the time to watch it yet), and the group which he got it is from the famous Lunar fansubs, who also did Air and Suzuka. Yeah, if you have [info]animesuki added to your friends, you should have noticed it. It is "Cayote Ragtime Show" (what a stupid name). Funnily, the group which subs Tonagura, gg fansubs, also happen to sub the series. Ah man. My first impression on the anime, was that it shouldn't be that bad, but instead, it started with a woman eating on an aeroplane, and still eating when she reaches the airport. She must be fat. lol. But she wasn't.

http://drmchsr0.wordpress.com/2006/07/23/asakura-ryoko-is-awesome/
Yay for Asakura Ryouko. You've got fans. But after going through everything that happened in the story.. I'll skip. But yeah, Asakura Ryouko is indeed nice...

Quote:
1. Haruhi is well, GOD, and
2. You should never have sexual relations with GOD.

Note that she is deemed GOD, but she can never replace the real GOD.

Yay for Mr. Poong. I took a photo of him in the tuition centre, after the YSC quiz. =D
Mr. Poong looks cool.. )

And finally, this should, erm... make some people laugh their asses out. Dr. Mahathir the breadman.

(Reminds me of tuang@tuangman.com, the email written on Tuang Hui Meng's water bottle, lol)

What the title written. And when I say the team sucks, I am saying both the male and female team. Just now I was watching the friendly match between the girls volleyball team from the Junior High School from Taiwan with our school's gitl volleyball team. Our girls team (comprising of senior members of the volleyball club) lost 25-3, 25-1 to the visitors. That's a big embarrasment for our school. And even worse, our school's boys volleyball club members (mostly seniors, except for one Junior 3 member) lost to the Taiwanese team (whom I believe, should be exhausted from the two matches which they've played with our girls team) 25-7 in the first match. I wasn't able to witness the second match, as my mom had arrived, but anyways, I still believe they would still be losing. Oh yeah, the match started around 4pm, after when I just came back from tuition in Mr. Poong's. But just look at the Taiwanese girls volleyball team, they're all so damn tall, and... muscular, especialy player no. 10. No wonder we would lose. Just look at Mr. Lee Thau Ming's (the coach of our school's girls volleyball team, and also our KHB teacher) face. He was obviously sadden, crushed, and disappointed, but, what can he expect from his team playing with the national team of Taiwan?

And um yeah, good news. Our team for the Institute Sinaran Science Quiz, the "Idiot Savants", has qualified into the Finals, where we would be meeting other teams in a match, where we would like to press the buzzer and try to get the chance to answer questions, lol. It would on be tommorow, 3:45pm, in the IS hall. Um yeah, all are welcomed to support us. =D

I found Ms. Chau's blog! =D

Yoichi
Oh well, a few days ago, when we were having our test, Ms. Chau actually showed her blog using the LCD projector. I'm not sure whether anyone else actually noticed it, since we're actually having a test at that time. Yeah, I have indeed forgotten the link, but then, I went searching search engines. Actually, I think that it was quite hillarious, because the thing I did was type "初三信" into http://search.blogger.com/, and the first blog which they showed was Ms. Chau's blog. Haha. =P But somehow, I not that good in Chinese, so I'm unable to fully enjoy reading her blog, since there are quite lot of words which I don't understand. I left a message saying hello in her Cbox, and I find it... silly. I don't know what to say. =_=;
http://yoouyouwoxin.blogspot.com

And also, I noticed this on Michael's Website. It's a short MV featuring one of Michael's song "Lian". It's a really good song, but the MV wasn't that good, in my opinion. It was totally an advertistment for the Visit Malaysia 2007. Yeoh. And Jimmy also told me that it was the same actress from Daniel Lee's "Xian Zhai hen xiang jian ni" MV. Walao.

Today, we, the library club members have a combined meeting with the Red-Crescent Society. The members of the Red-Crescent Society taught us many stuffs. The thing is that, I have to write in a report about the meeting. Wah, I didn't made any notes. Now, that would be a problem to me. I can't remember much. =\

The Science Test today was... easy. :D But Ms. Chua believed that many people would fail the test, and so, she said that if more than 20 people fail the test, a re-test would be held. Ah. =\

Plus: Commitment MV for download now. http://rapidshare.de/files/25824797/Commitment.mpeg.html

This picture of Konoka from Mahou Sensei Negima is really nice, although there's the pantsu being shown, but it's still cute anyways. ~^.^~

This picture reminds me of Emily in class, although she would be almost the opposite (she would never be a maid, IMO).

Just now I had a voice chat with Shaun via Skype. Yeah. And at the same time, Raymond Song also IMed me on MSN, asking me to go play Trinity. And so, I was expecting all the lagging while using Skype with Ragnarok Online on, but it wasn't that laggy after all. =D Raymond refused to PVP with me, and instead, he wanted to hunt for a Katar of Frozen Icicle. Okies, he's in luck, since my Alchemist is training in Byalan Island's 5th floor. lol.

This year's teachers' day was the lamest I've ever had in three years of my Secondary schooling years. Mary Liau's speech was... empty. I couldn't get a word she said, other than the scoldings she made, asking the students to keep quiet. The entertainment was really bad and worse than last year. Walao, even one class, if I'm not wrong, it was S3Ren, they did "Luan Da", and the sound which they made reminds me of football. And the dramas made by the dancing club was... lame! And even worse, they did it two times, the second time just to show their "talents" to the Dong Zhong Administrators from KL. Ah, the worse scene was where the general's sword was taken away by the "sifu", and then the "sifu" just conveniently strike the sword back at the general. Walao. So Lame.

Just now I went surfing Tinami. Looks like good quality CG sites are becoming lesser and lesser.

I think I'll go watch episode 13 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya now. =\

Computer class was lame.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lim_Keng_Yaik
Now, look at the photo attached in this page in Wikipedia. Why would they put up a photo of Lim Keng Yaik eating during the Gerakan General Assembly? =.='

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fong_Kui_Lun
I'm not talking about Fong Kui Lun here, but it's Bung Radin Mokthar, the federal assemblyman (Member of Parliament) of Kinabatangan (the largest federal constituency in Sabah). A word of "Fuck" in the Parliament, and he's still okay. No wonder the opposition party members would be mad at him. Oh well, he is indeed one of the rudest member of parliament. That's what you'll get from UMNO.

http://www.world-science.net/othernews/060621_flower.htm
Um yeah, this is what we call "natural selection". In order to continue living and avoid extinction, flowers would do this. If you're good in your Biology, you should know that most plants has an anthler(male) and a pistil(female). In order to reproduce, flowers needs insects to pollinate them. But then, instead, this orchid's anther uncovers itself and rotates into a suitable position to insert into the stigma cavity, where fertilization takes place. Whoo.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/israel/Story/0,,1803648,00.html
This would be some news to those in the Red-Cresent/Red-Cross Society. There would be a new symbol/emblem, known as the "Red-Crystal". Lol.

Today was okay. I handed up the fully functioning electronic project to Mr. Lee Thau Ming, our KHB teacher. He checked it, and gave me a full 5 marks. Yay.

Computer period today was... lame. Ms. Yong Wei Ying actually showed a few videos, which included a FFX2 music video (Hugh claimed that it was from his thumb-drive which was confiscated by the teacher eairler this year), a Hirai Ken music video(wtf?! Hirai Ken was on the first place in Oricon last month!), and even a "Cars" advertistment. Yeah, I found that that Ms. Yong Wei Ying's real name was Yong Chew Yi. That explained her school email address: cyyong@sttss.edu.my. Humph.

Once again another quick update.

Um yeah, we had our first Library Club meeting since 2 months today. We had to nominate and elect office bearers (in another words, committee) for next year, 2007. And guess what? I was elected Asst. Secretary. Yep, all the senpais voted me over the other 3 nominees. Actually I was in a tie, and then there was a tie breaker, and funnily... I won. =D And so, the current secretary wants me to do a report on today's club meeting. Um yeah, I'll do it somehow, but she wants me to type it into the computer. Sure, no problem either.

Next, what I want to talk about is that Ong Chia Sheng had gave me two episodes of 'Ouran High School Host Club', and I think that they were quite nice. It reminds me of gays, but i also found out that... spoilers ) Which means it isn't all about gays or Yaoi. lol. :P

Talking about 'The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya', I've just watched episode 12 last night. It was great. Haruhi looked pretty cool singing in the concert.

Ahhh... Digimon Go is hosted by Valerauko, and they have moved to http://yagami.valerauko.net/digimongo. Lol, a little ads for Yagami. Remind me to change my website's affiliate part.

Edit: Now, this is so lame. Er... I mean 'The Adventures of Asahina Mikuru' was lame. http://www.rpi.edu/~ramask2/haruhi.htm

http://www.jeffooi.com/2006/06/but_umno_makciks_are_up_to_spe.php
This is also lame. Er... what I meant was, our female cabinate ministers are lame.
